Poder is an old term from southern Istria, referring to land, property, or an estate belonging to a family or held in their care for generations.
But Poder Sijan is so much more.
It is a place, peace, harmony with nature… a heritage.
Each harvest is a tribute to the generations who came before us and a legacy for those to follow.
That’s why, in our olive groves, we don’t rush nature. In every tree, in every fruit, we live by the philosophy of balance believing that true quality comes from respect for time and nature.

At Poder Sijan, we don’t rush our olives or force their growth. Our oil is born in nature’s rhythm—patiently, carefully, with deep respect for the land and the time that shapes each fruit.
From four olive groves across three Istrian locations, with just over 500 trees, we harvest only the finest each year – handpicked with love and knowledge passed down through generations.
